As all items are handmade, some may have to be made to order if I do not have them in stock at the time. If items are in stock then I will deliver to you within 3-5 days. If however the item needs to be made then it will be within 7-10 days. I will send an email to confirm this once the order is placed.
Items ordered will be packaged in simple tissue and ribbon with a my card enclosed.
Payment is only accepted via Paypal on my website. If you would like to pay using a credit or debit card then please contact me by phone (07887950787) or email (suedevine@devinesdesign.com) and I can arrange to put your chosen payment details through the card machine at the studio. Alternatively,( whilst we still have the use of cheques) you can send a cheque for your item to the address below. Please add on your delivery cost to your total and if you need anymore information for this then please email me.

First Class UK Delivery
This costs £3.50 per order. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the goods to arrive if the item is in stock (please see notes above). Deliveries are made within working hours.
First Class UK Recorded Delivery
This costs £5.00 per order. I would recommend this for larger items so that they are covered by insurance if items go missing. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the goods to arrive if the item is in stock (please see notes above). Deliveries are made within working hours. This delivery method required a signature to make sure that you receive the product and for this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

Please make cheques payable to Suzanne Devine. On the back please write your home address and cheque guarantee card number.
